Welcome to our monthly round-up for February.
This month we see the release of Support Tickets, the ability to edit Order status changes, and improvements to Site Expiry!
Support Tickets
Following feedback received from our partners, we’ve made the decision to create our own support tickets area!
With this coming into place, you can raise any bugs/issues and view progress and comments on each of these separately.
- View any and all tickets created from any user within your company
- See all comments and status on every ticket from within your company
- Comment on any ticket within your company
- Opt-in for email notifications for any ticket you have access to

Order Status Changes
You can now customise and use your own Order statuses.
With this new addition to Orders, you can now view and edit the status of any Order, as well as the billing and shipping addresses attached to this Order.
Currently, there are three system Order statuses: ‘Awaiting Payment, ‘Payment Complete’, ‘Payment Failed’. With this update, you can now change any Order status to reflect the current progress of the Order, such as: packing or shipping. Perfect for keeping your Orders up-to-date and keeping your customers in the know.

Site Expiry Improvements
Our site expiry flow has been updated!
Now, as long as sites are continually being used by editing these within admin, or connecting to these via CLI, these trials will continue to extend automatically (in line with your account plan).
Previously any sites that had expired trials would be entered into this site expiry flow unless you specifically extended this trial.
