We put a spotlight on Website Migrations in November, with content that focused on the benefits of website migration to Siteglide. CRM - Custom Fields

You now have the ability to add custom fields to your CRM. By creating user-profiles, using front-end forms to create and edit these, you are able to create an online portal for your clients giving them the ability to take their business to another level.

As customer service is now often at the heart of most Business Strategies, CRM is an important feature of any online business. The new and improved CRM is a game-changer, and now clients will be able to offer users a more enjoyable and personalised experience, build loyalty and create a positive brand experience.

A CRM portal can be used in many ways - whether it's a knowledge sharing portal, an online community or simply a portal for personal information, and notes - with the ability to create custom fields and add them to a form, the choice is yours!

Modules with Custom Fields & Location

Custom Fields

You are now able to add a field of your choice to Blogs, FAQs, Slider, Authors Events and eCommerce modules! This means that you no longer need to use custom field sets when opening up modules.

Using custom fields is a powerful feature, that enables you to build upon modules to provide you with the bespoke setup that may be required.

Location Data
We’ve seen how much you’ve loved adding location data to events and webapps, so we’ve now made this available across the board. You can add location data to compliment your FAQ answers, for Blog posts and so much more.

Secure Zones

When editing add and modify Secure Zones for Modules in the tab view. You can now lock blog posts and products - for example, introduce courses and discounted products to only those that are logged in! 

Siteglide Starter Site

Starter Site, for those of you who are new to being a Glider, is a site filled with all of our features and dummy data.

For those who want to get stuck in and play and those who just want to make a few edits to get sites live quickly - this is perfect for you.

As well as containing every feature, we have added some code examples providing enhanced front-end functionality for you to replicate on your own sites!

Our Starter Site is filled with everything you need to see from form progress spinners, to a fully working and user-friendly eCommerce shop.

Siteglide Account Plans

To better serve you, our customers, we have introduced three new account plans: Business, Agency and Agency Pro.

While we previously worked directly with Digital Agencies only, our virtual doors are now wide open to all! Agencies, and end businesses - everyone is welcome at Siteglide, with instant access.

With our Account Plans, you can choose the plan that best suits your needs.

For end-businesses that may not have in-house developers or coding knowledge, not to worry - we can refer you to one of our Partner Agencies, who will be able to assist you with creating Digital Experiences or migrate platforms - of course, if you prefer to get cracking on your own, then that’s fine too!

Final Webinar of the Year!
